Kiko Business Center: Where Training Meets Opportunity

After several years of planning and effort, we successfully purchased land in the village of Kiko in September 2024 to establish a business center. Construction was completed in June 2025, and today the center is fully operational, offering both workspace and living facilities for graduates of our vocational programs.

The Business Center serves as a dynamic hub where young professionals can practice their trades, gain real-world experience, and confidently transition into the workforce. Students reside at the center for one year after completing their training, allowing them to refine their skills in a supportive, hands-on environment.

The center currently hosts a pharmacy and a retail shop, with plans to add a tailoring shop, a restaurant, a stationery store, a hair salon, and eventually a clinic. These enterprises not only strengthen students’ abilities but also provide valuable services to the community and contribute to local economic growth.

By combining education with practical experience, the Kiko Business Center creates lasting dignity, opportunity, and hope for young people in Uganda—empowering them to build independent and meaningful livelihood
