Director of the Orphanage, Toddler Programs & Sports Program Coordinator

Mugoba Arnold serves as the Director of the orphanage and toddler programs, as well as the coordinator of the sports program at Project Hope Uganda. In his role, he oversees daily operations, ensures children receive proper care, and manages extracurricular activities that promote growth and development.

Born in Bulama village, Bundibugyo District, Western Uganda, Arnold is married to Sylivia Muhindo, the Ntandi Orphanage Matron, and together they have two children: Mailes Danold and Mailine. He is the sixth of ten children in a Christian family. With support from his sister and brother-in-law, a missionary from Australia, and his parents, Arnold has completed his A-levels at Green Hill SS Kyamulibwa-Masaka and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education at Bugema University.
